Our auctions are supported by Victoria’s leading furniture dealers and traders as well as many private individuals. 2. IF NO PURCHASE IS MADE YOU WILL GET YOUR $250.00 REGISTATION FEE BACK AND IF YOU BUY YOU CAN DEDUCT THE PURCHASE PRICE FROM THE $250.00. EXAMPLE: PURCHASE PRICE $100.00 PLUS 16.5% BUYERS PREMIUM TOTAL $116.50 AND THE CHANGE GIVEN WOULD BE $133.50.

3. PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER.

4. 16.5% BUERS PREMIUM (GST INCL) WIL BE ADDED TO THE KNOCK DOWN PRICE.

Breen Auction Group has fast become Melbourne’s Leading seller of used and refurbished catering equipment. We hold a catering auction every 2 months on a selected Thursday which is patronized by Australia’s leading dealers as well as users in restaurant, cafe and private individuals. At each auction we sell around 400 Lots.

The types of assets sold vary each auction. We consistently sell the following: 4 & 6 Burner Gas Oven Ranges, Gas Deep Fryers, Fully refurbished Glass Merchandise Fridges, Under Bar Fridges, Combi Ovens, Bain Marie’s, Deep Freezers, Restaurant and Café Furniture, Large volumes of Crockery and Cutlery and more.

 

A $250.00 (CASH ONLY) REGISTRATION FEE (FULLY REFUNDABLE IF NO PURCHASES ARE MADE) IS APPLICABLE TO THIS SALE.  PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER. 

A 16.5% BUYERS PREMIUM (GST INCL) WILL APPLY TO THIS SALE.  TOTAL SALE IS GST INC.  VIEWING DAY PRIOR FROM 1.00 – 4.00 PM AND MORNING OF SALE FROM 8.00 AM.  ALL GOODS TO BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP 12PM DAY AFTER THE AUCTION.
